Large furniture, fragile chandeliers, unusually heavy orders, and remote destinations may require a custom logistics quote. Delivery estimates begin after stock and payment are confirmed.
Delivery planning
Every order is delivered to the address supplied at checkout. ARD Stores confirms the transport fee, expected delivery window, and any special handling required before payment.
For large furniture or fragile products, please share access details such as staircases, lifts, narrow entrances, estate restrictions, and preferred receiving hours.

- Receive a quoteARD Stores confirms stock, discounted pricing, sourcing lead time, and delivery cost within one business day.
- Approve and payThe quotation is held for 48 hours. A secure payment instruction or Paystack link is issued after approval.
- FulfilmentIn-stock items are prepared immediately; sourced items follow the lead time stated in the quote.
