Using the website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy, Delivery, and Returns policies. You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information and must be legally able to enter into the purchase.
Products, colours, and availability
ARD Stores aims to describe products accurately. Colours and textures may vary slightly because of lighting, screens, manufacturing batches, or natural material variation. Dimensions are approximate unless confirmed as exact. Products, sizes, colours, and quantities remain subject to availability.
Prices and order acceptance
Prices marked “price on request” are not final offers. An order request becomes accepted only after ARD Stores confirms availability, final product price, delivery details, and payment terms. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before acceptance.
Payment
Payments may be collected through Paystack, bank transfer, or another method confirmed by ARD Stores. Customers should pay only through instructions issued by the official website or verified ARD Stores contact channels. A payment callback or screenshot alone is not proof of cleared funds; fulfilment begins after verification.
Delivery
Delivery fees and timeframes are estimates until confirmed. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, logistics, supplier timing, access restrictions, or events outside reasonable control. Customers must provide a reachable phone number, an accurate address, and safe delivery access.
Wholesale and sourced orders
Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, deposit requirements, lead times, and transport are stated in the quotation. Specially sourced, customised, or cut-to-size products may have restricted cancellation or change-of-mind return rights once work or procurement has started.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellation and return requests are handled under the Returns & Exchange Policy and applicable consumer law. Contact ARD Stores promptly if an order needs to change.
Website content and responsibility
Website text, logos, product presentation, and original media may not be copied for commercial use without permission. ARD Stores is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product, inaccurate customer information, unauthorised payment instructions, or events outside reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
